We offer free shipping on all items and currently ship to Europe and the UK, only.

Once your item is dispatched, we provide details of shipping times. Most parcels will arrive within 3-5 working days.

Returns policy

We are not currently able to offer returns. We hope your love your feltonomy as much as we do, but we understand that you may not feel completely certain about your purchase without seeing the item in person. We offer free 'Guided Tours' for each bag in our collection. Just email us to arrange a video call!
